Shipping & Orders
Shipping costs vary by country. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
We currently offer shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium.
We offer delivery to pickup points in the Netherlands and Belgium. With some carriers, like FedEx, you can even choose to have your package sent to a pickup point via the tracking link once it is on its way. Note: do not enter a pickup point address as the shipping address during checkout. In that case, we may not be able to deliver or resend your order.
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow the shipment of your Diamondjewelry package. You can also check the status of your order on this page.
As soon as you have placed your order, we immediately start processing it to provide you with the fastest possible delivery time. Therefore, your order can no longer be modified once it has been placed.
Immediately after your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation email containing your order number and an overview of your purchase.
If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk mail folder — it often ends up there.

Exchanges and returns
At Diamond Jewelry, we want you to feel confident in every item you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order through our returns page. To be eligible, the items must be in their original condition, including the tags.
We believe in mindful shopping — repeated trying and returning affects sustainability. If you experience any issues with products or quality concerns, feel free to contact us directly.
Returning your products is very simple. All return requests must first be submitted via email. Simply enter your order number and email address, and our team will then email you the return label and further instructions.
Returns are possible within the Netherlands and Belgium, but the return costs are always at your own expense, regardless of whether the item was purchased during a promotion or sale.

After you have submitted your return or exchange request, you will receive a return barcode or label by email — but only if the item was purchased at full price, without discounts or promotions. Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.
For exchanges, the new product is shipped when you place a new order. This allows us to ship the item smoothly with regular delivery.
If it is a refund, the amount will be credited back to your account within 10 business days. In both cases, you will receive a confirmation email.
Payments and discounts
At Diamondjewelry, you can pay safely and easily with iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Shop Pay, and the most common credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
